At Brightshop.com.au, we stand behind every product that we sell. Your satisfaction matters a great deal to us. This Warranty and Returns Policy applies to any purchases you make on the Site. By using the Site or purchasing a Product you agree to be bound by this Policy.

We offer a 12-month warranty against defects of our Products (Product Warranty) upon delivery. However, if your Product arrives defective upon delivery (Defective Product), to claim under the Product Warranty, you must notify us of the problem within 2 working days of the Product’s receipt in the procedure mentioned later in this policy.

Please make a video while opening any parcel of items received through the shipping company. Further, the customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers about the products.

Returns

In cases other than defective upon delivery (as mentioned above), you can lodge a return/refund request within 14 days of the parcel delivery. After that, no claims will be entertained.

 You are NOT entitled to a return/refund based on any of the following conditions:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You found cheaper items elsewhere.
  • You ordered the wrong item.
  • You didn't like the purchase.
  • You used the incorrect payment method.
  • You incorrectly used a discount code.
  • Any similar reason to the above
  • Faults and damages to the item occurred after delivery.
  • Any damages occurred during assembly/disassembly.

When you are eligible for a replacement/return/refund?

In the following situations, you can lodge a claim for return/refund:

  • Clear defects or damage
  • Manufacturing faults
  • The delivered item has a major difference from the ordered item.

How to lodge a replacement/return/refund request?

If you plan to lodge a return/refund request with us, then you need to take the following steps:

  • Record the damage(s) or fault(s) by photo and/or video.
  • Provide proof of purchase including your tax invoice & order number.
  • Notify us of the issue by email at sales@brightshop.com.au.


Your abovementioned email must include a detailed description of the problem and a photo and/or video evidence. If you made a video while opening the parcel, attach that video as well to the email.

Upon receipt of your request, our customer care executive will contact you. If your request has been accepted and approved for return/refund, then you will be provided the instructions for the return, where we will advise you about the next steps. 

If you anyhow send your item(s) back to us without following our advice and an authorisation number, you may be liable for extra shipping, handling, warehousing and admin fees.

Missing/Incorrect Spare parts

If you received the product with missing or incorrect spare parts, or if you wish to purchase extra spare parts, please contact our customer service for assistance via the Contact Us form at the site.
